What to look for in ingredients?

  • Cleansing

Then, wash your face and pat dry with the towel. Oily skin people should avoid using milk cleanser. Also, foam cleanser is not suitable for dry skin.

  • Exfoliation

    Exfoliation is a significant step in face care regime. It removes dead skin cell. Excess dead skin cell causes blocked pores and acne breakouts. Exfoliation or scrubbing can be done once in a week.

  • Toner

    Generally, this step is neglect by many people because they believe that dirt has already vanished through the cleansing process. However, this not the truth. Toner removes the leftover dirt particles and maintains the pH balance of the skin. Dab a cotton pad soaked with toner over your face and neck. It detoxifies and tightens the skin. Alcohol toner can dry your skin, so choose your toner wisely.

  • Moisturizers

    There are four types of moisturizers: Serum, hydrating lotion, emulsion, and cream. Dry skin people should use hydrating serum and cream. Oily skin type can use the serum first then emulsion.

  • Protection

    Direct exposure of skin to UV rays causes cancer, sunburn, tanning, hyperpigmentation, and rashes. Excessive exposure to sun heat can dehydrate the skin. Hence, a protective layer of sunscreen is necessary for flawless skin. One should use at least SPF 50 above sunscreen.

Only cosmetic products cannot help you in achieving healthy skin! A balanced diet is an essential need for your skin and overall well-being. Avoid consumption of sugar and caffeine, as they activate inflammations and binds to the collagen. This can make your skin rough.
